After getting 5 hours of sleep on a hardwood floor we slept walked over to Ms. Beas for Woods 1 pm set. Ouch! We had the rest of the day off(and since we turned down the badges that get you into all the showcases for free and took the cash) we spent the rest of the day hanging out at Ms. Beas. Todd P has been putting on all day, all ages, free to the public shows there for the past 3 years during sxsw. Most bands we wanted to see and/or hang out with play it at some point, so we just set up camp.Castanets

Ponytail is one of the best rock bands out there hands down. I haven't checked out their recorded stuff yet, but both shows I've caught have been intense.Sunburned Hand w/Bill Nace.
